Seatra Vendor is the business side of Seatra for event vendors in Malaysia: a public storefront, service packages, enquiries, quotations, a booking calendar, invoices with payment reminders, a simple CRM and team access. Approved vendors are also listed in the Seatra marketplace, where event organisers who use Seatra for guests and seating can find and enquire with them.

Wedding planners and event organisers, photographers and videographers, caterers, venues and hotels, decorators and florists, bridal and makeup artists, entertainment and AV, and event equipment rental. Each category has its own profile fields and search filters.

Yes. Registering is free and starts a free trial without a card. When the trial ends your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan; nothing is charged automatically.

Current plans and prices, in Ringgit, are always shown on the Pricing page. Larger businesses such as hotels and agencies can ask for a Business quote.

The trial length is shown on the Pricing page and in your portal, with the days remaining. During the trial you can use the features of the trial plan.

Your customers pay you directly, using the methods you agree with them. Seatra records the payments you receive against each invoice, issues receipts and sends reminders; it does not collect your customers’ money.

Through Seatra’s secure checkout using the payment methods enabled for your account, such as card or online banking. Your plan is activated only after the payment provider confirms the payment.

Yes. Upgrades start when payment is confirmed. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

You keep your plan until the end of the paid period, then move to the Free plan. Your records are kept and remain available to view and export.

Your storefront becomes public in the marketplace only after Seatra reviews and approves your business. The “Verified” badge is shown only for approved businesses.

Yes. Packages can be priced per event, per pax, per hour or per day, as a fixed price, a starting price or quote on request, with add-ons, surcharges, deposit and cancellation terms.

Customers send enquiries from your public profile. You receive an email and the enquiry appears in your portal with the date, guest count and budget. You can reply, set a stage, add notes and a follow-up date.

You set how many events you take per day. Tentative holds and confirmed bookings use that capacity, and Seatra checks it again at the moment a customer accepts a quotation, so a full day cannot be booked twice.

Each vendor business only sees its own records; another vendor cannot open them. Customers agree to share their details with you before sending an enquiry. Organisers’ guest lists are never shared with vendors. Please handle the personal data you receive in line with the PDPA.

Yes. From Financial summary you can download your clients, enquiries, bookings and invoices as CSV files, and every quotation and invoice as a PDF.

No. Invoices you issue to your customers in Seatra are commercial invoices. If you are required to issue e-Invoices, submit them through MyInvois.
