How billing works

Upgrades start as soon as the payment provider confirms your payment — never from a page refresh.
Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for. You keep your plan until then.
Renewals send you a payment link at the end of each period, with 7 days' grace. Nothing is charged without your confirmation.
After a trial you move to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.
Your data stays available after downgrading or cancelling, and you can export it as CSV at any time.
Limits are enforced by the system: when you reach one, you can still view and edit everything you have, but cannot add more until you upgrade.

Questions about plans

Can I pay annually?

Annual billing is shown for plans that offer it. Annual prices are never shown as a discount from an inflated price.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

Your customers pay you directly. Seatra only charges a commission if you have signed an agreement with Seatra that says so.

Do you have promo codes?

When a campaign is running you can enter its code at checkout. One code per order; it is checked on our server.
