Steps
- 1From an enquiry choose Create quotation, or open Quotations → New quotation.
- 2Lines are prefilled from the chosen package; for per-pax packages the guest count is used.
- 3Add a discount, SST if you are registered, the deposit percentage and the validity date. Totals are calculated exactly.
- 4Save the draft, then Send by email (with a PDF attached) or Share on WhatsApp.
- 5If the customer asks for changes, Create revision; only one version can be accepted.
