How long can I use a one-time package?
From the moment you buy it until 30 days after your event date, so you have time for reports and exports afterwards. After that the event becomes read-only and is kept in your archive.
What if I have more guests than my package allows?
Add capacity in blocks at any time from Billing, or upgrade the event to a bigger package and pay only the difference.
Can I try Seatra before paying?
Yes. Explore one trial event with up to 25 guests. Paid packages proceed directly to checkout; no trial is required.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online payment through our payment partner, or bank transfer. Purchases activate as soon as payment is confirmed.
Is tax included?
No tax is currently charged. Your invoice shows the full breakdown.
Can I change or cancel a subscription?
